Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every project. This policy explains when refunds are available.

01Before Work Begins

If you cancel an order before work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. No fees will be deducted.

02After Work Has Started

Once a milestone is delivered and approved, that portion of the payment is considered earned. Partial refunds may be considered for incomplete milestones if work does not match the agreed scope.

03Delivered Projects

If a project has been delivered and accepted, refunds are generally not available except in cases of repeated failure to meet the agreed specification. Feedback and revisions are the first remedy.

04Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@nobelcoder.com within 14 days of the order date. Include your order number and the reason for the request. We review each request individually.

05Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and are returned to the original payment method.
