By accessing or using NobelCoder, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

02Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the services. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when placing orders or requesting quotes.

03Orders and Payments

Prices are listed on each service page. We reserve the right to modify pricing and service listings at any time. All payments must be completed before work begins.

04Project Delivery

Delivery times are estimates based on the scope described. Revisions and final deliverables are subject to the scope agreed at the time of order. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

05Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. Upon full payment, you receive the deliverables produced under your order. You may not resell or redistribute NobelCoder's proprietary assets without permission.

06Limitation of Liability

NobelCoder is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

07Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
